Not happy? We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases of SideStash Gold and SideStash Platinum. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our Commitment

We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing SideStash. Because SideStash has a fully functional free tier, you can try the core product before spending a single dollar. But if you upgrade and find the premium features aren't right for you, we'll make it right.

14-day full refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Gold or Platinum purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward:

Send an email to YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL with the subject line "Refund Request."

Include your order details

Include the email address used for your purchase and your Paddle order number (found in your purchase receipt email). You do not need to explain your reason.

We process it

We will process your refund through Paddle within 2 business days. Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and your account will revert to the free tier. You are welcome to continue using SideStash on the free tier indefinitely.

Processing and Timing

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Once we initiate the refund, the timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank — typically 5–10 business days. We have no control over this timeline once the refund has been submitted.
